Many law firms say they specialize in start-ups, but don’t have the expertise to address an emerging company's most important issues. At Ahaji Amos, PLLC, we have the experience to assist our clients at every stage from consulting on product development, refinement, manufacturing, and distribution, through business structuring and formation, patent, copyright, trade secret, and trademark protection, to exit, and litigation, if necessary.
Ahaji is a serial entrepreneur and started Ahaji Amos, PLLC with the specific intention of being a one-stop shop for new businesses. She understands the unique needs of small business owners, and entrepreneurs, and knows how to both mitigate risk in a company’s early stages, and how to increase a company’s value through aggressive and efficient intellectual portfolio protection and sound business structure and practice. Ahaji takes great pride in educating entrepreneurs so that together their businesses can reach their full potential while avoiding risk.
Ahaji Amos has practiced intellectual property law since 2000 at some of the most prestigious law firms in the country, including Thompson Coburn, LLP and Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP.
