One.
A free consultation can be booked any time online. We will send a brief intake form to get an understanding of your circumstances and wishes, but there is no obligation to move forward (and there is no requirement to fill in a 20-page questionnaire before even speaking with us).
Four.
Explore your options.
Our estate planning forms will guide you through the information we need in order to properly advise you. We will go over the questionnaire together in detail during a 90-minute video conference to clarify your instructions, explore available options, and provide advice.
Two.
Get to know each other.
During our consult, we will be able to address any questions you may have about working with us or the estate planning process in general. We will get to know each other, discuss the options available to you, and provide a personalized quote.
Five.
Let us get to work.
We will draft a Will, Enduring Power of Attorney, and Personal Directive customized to your personal circumstances and wishes. We will review the documents with you over video conference and correspond via email until final versions are ready. Then, we will get together to get all your documents signed.
Three.
Make it official.
If you would like to move forward, we will send you an engagement letter for your review and signature.
Six.
Rest easy.
After the documents are signed, they will be scanned and available for download from our client portal. Originals will be sent to you for your safekeeping. Once you receive the final package, we hope that you can rest easy. You should feel confident that you have a personalized plan in place that achieves your goals and will make things less complicated for your loved ones in the future.
