Ahaji Amos

Many attorneys call themselves in start-up lawyers, but don’t have the expertise to address an emerging company's most important issues. At Ahaji Amos, PLLC, we have the experience to assist our small business clients at every stage from consulting on product development, refinement, manufacturing, and distribution, through business structuring and formation, patent, copyright, trade secret, and trademark protection, to exit, and litigation, if necessary. We are patent and trademark attorneys who can handle all small business needs from getting your company a patent pending through filing a provisional patent application, protecting your invention using utility patent applications, conducting trademark searches, and filing trademark applications on business names and logos, defending trademark oppositions and trademark cancelations, FDD review, UDRP complaints and actions, and small business litigation.
